Everything you need to know about our 3D printing services.
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. STL is the most common and recommended format for 3D printing. If you have a different format (IGES, Fusion 360, SolidWorks), send it over and we'll check compatibility and convert it for you.
Most orders are completed in 1-3 business days. Simple prints under 6 hours of print time may ship same-day if ordered before noon. Large or complex prints may take 3-5 days. We'll give you an estimated completion time with your quote.
For students, there's no practical minimum — we print single small parts starting at ₹49. For standard orders, minimum is ₹99 (PLA). This covers base machine time, electricity, and handling regardless of print size.
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM). You can discuss your project in person, see the printers in action, and pick up completed orders. No appointment needed.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash for walk-in orders. Payment is typically requested after quote approval, before printing begins. For repeat customers, we offer post-delivery payment.
Yes. We ship pan-India via Speed Post and private couriers (Delhivery, DTDC). Shipping starts at ₹80 for small packages, with costs varying by weight and distance. Express 1-2 day delivery is available for ₹150-350. Tracking number provided for all shipments.
We do quality checks on every print before shipping. If there's a defect on our end (layer shifting, failed print, dimensional inaccuracy), we reprint for free — no questions asked. Please share photos within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess and resolve quickly.
Absolutely. Send us a sketch, photo, description, or even a rough idea — our team creates print-ready 3D models. Design services start at ₹499 for simple parts. Complex assemblies are quoted individually. 2 free revisions included with every design.
For maximum strength: Nylon or PETG (FDM), Tough Resin (SLA). For impact resistance: ABS. For flexibility: TPU. For general prototyping: PLA is great and most affordable. Not sure? Tell us how the part will be used and we'll recommend the best material.
Yes. All files are treated as strictly confidential. We never share, display, sell, or reuse any customer files without explicit written permission. Files are deleted from our systems 30 days after order completion unless you request us to keep them on file for reorders.
FDM prints are accurate to ±0.2-0.3mm on most dimensions. Resin/SLA prints achieve ±0.05-0.1mm accuracy. For critical dimensions, let us know in your order notes and we'll measure and verify those specific features before shipping.
Yes! 5-10 units: 5% off. 11-25 units: 10% off. 26-50 units: 15% off. 50+ units: Custom pricing. Volume discounts are applied automatically. For large ongoing orders, we offer dedicated pricing — contact us to discuss.
FDM: Up to 220×220×250mm in a single print. Larger models can be split into multiple parts and assembled. Resin: Up to 130×80×160mm. If your model exceeds these dimensions, we'll suggest the best splitting strategy and handle assembly if needed.
